excessive heat e.g. heating equipment.
• Use a damp chamois cloth to wipe dust, dirt and fingerprints from
the set. Do not use cleaning agents or abrasives as these may spoil
your set.
This set complies with the radio interference requirements of
the European Community.
The model number can be found at the back of the set and the
production number in the battery compartment.

• Evite que el equipo y los cassettes queden expuestos a la lluvia, la
humedad, la arena o a fuentes de calor excesivo, como por ejemplo
equipos de calefacción o automóviles estacionados al sol.
• Utilice una gamuza humedecida para eliminar el polvo, la suciedad
y las manchas del equipo. No utilice productos de limpieza o
sustancias abrasivas, ya que pueden dañar el equipo.
El aparato lleva los elementos antiparasitarios necesarios para
cumplir con los limites que se estableren en el anexo V del
Reglamento sobre Perturbaciones Radioeléctricas e Interferencias

La indicación del numéro de tipo se encontrará en la parte de

WARTUNG
• Das Gerät und die Cassetten nicht Regen, Feuchtigkeit, Sand oder
extremer Wärme, z.B. von einer Heizung oder in einem in der Sonne
geparkten Fahrzeug, aussetzen.
• Staub, Schmutz oder Fingerabdrücke mit einem angefeuchteten
Fensterleder vom Gerät abwischen. Keine Reinigungs- oder
Scheuermittel benutzen, da dies zu Beschädigungen am Gerät
führen kann.
Dieses Gerät entspricht den Funkentstörvorschriften der
Europäischen Gemeinschaft.
Die Typennummer befindet sich sich unten am Gerät und die
Gerätenummer im Batteriefach.

Uw gehoor:
Zet het volume niet te hoog, want dit kan uw gehoor beschadigen!
In het verkeer:
Gebruik geen hoofdtelefoon in de auto of op de fiets, want dit verhoogt
de kans op ongelukken!
ONDERHOUD
• Bescherm de speler en cassettes tegen regen, vocht, zand of
extreme temperaturen, b.v. bij een verwarming of in een auto die in
de zon staat.
• Stof, vuil of vingerafdrukken met een licht bevochtigde zeem van
het apparaat vegen. Gebruik geen reinigings- of schuurmiddelen,
want die kunnen het apparaat beschadigen.
Dit apparaat voldoet aan de radiostoringseisen van de Europese
Gemeenschap.
Het typenummer zit op de achterkant van het apparaat en het
serienummer in het batterijvak.
POWER SUPPLY
Battery (optional)
• Open the battery door and insert one alkaline battery,
type AAA, R03 or UM4, as indicated in the battery compartment.
• Remove the battery from the set if exhausted or if the set is not to
be used for a long time.
RADIO RECEPTION
1 Set the POWER switch to ON.
2 Connect the headphones to the
p socket.
3 Set the bandselector to FM or MW (AM).
4 Select your station using the TUNING control.
FM: The headphone lead functions as the FM-aerial. Keep it
extended and position accordingly.
MW (AM): Uses the built-in aerial. Turn the set to find the best
position.
5 Adjust the sound with the VOLUME control.
To obtain the Dynamic Bass Boost, set the POWER switch to
DBB.
6 To switch off the radio, set the POWER switch to OFF.

Pile (en option)
• Ouvrez le couvercle du compartiment à piles et placez une pile de
type AAA, R03 ou UM4, selon les indications dans le compartiment
à pile.
• Oter la pile si elle est usagée ou si elle va être utilisée pendant un
laps de temps limité.
RECEPTION RADIO
1 Mettre la touche POWER sur ON.
2 Brancher les écouteurs sur p .
3 Régler le sélecteur de bande sur FM ou MW (AM).
4 Se brancher sur la station radio désirée en utilisant le bouton
TUNING.
FM: Le cordon du casque va fonctionner comme une antenne-FM.
Maintenez-le en extension et orientez-le correctement.
MW (AM): L’appareil est fourni avec une antenne-AM intégrée.
L’antenne peut être orientée en faisant pivoter l’appareil.
5 Ajuster le son avec le bouton VOLUME.
Pour obtenir le Dynamic Bass Boost, positionnez l'interrupteur
d'alimentation (POWER) sur DBB.
6 L'appareil est hors circuit si POWER se trouve sur OFF.

4 Sintonice la emisora de radio deseada utilizando el mando TUNING
FM: El cable de los auriculares funciona como antena de FM.
Manténgalo extendido y sitúelo correctamente.
MW (AM): El equipo está provisto de una antena AM incorporada.
Puede cambiar la orientación de la antena girando el equipo.
5 Ajuste el nivel de sonido mediante el mando VOLUME.
Para obtener la potenciación dinámica de graves, sitúe el
conmutador POWER en la posición DBB.
6 Si POWER está en la posición OFF, el aparato está desconectado.

nicht benutzt wird.
RADIOEMPFANG
1 Den POWER-Schalter auf ON stellen.
2 Den Kopfhörer an p anschließen
3 Den Bandwahlschalter auf FM oder MW (AM) einstellen.
4 Mit TUNING auf den gewünschten Radiosender abstimmen.
FM: Das Kopfhörerkabel funktioniert als FM-Antenne. Kabelenden
auseinanderbringen und entsprechend positionieren.
MW (AM): Das Gerät ist mit einer eingebauten AM-Antenne
ausgerüstet. Die Antenne kann ausgerichtet werden, indem das
ganze Gerät gedreht wird.
5 Lautstärke mit dem VOLUME-Schalter einstellen.
Zum Aktivieren der Dynamic Bass Boost-Funktion den POWER-
Schalter auf DBB stellen.
6 Das Gerät ist ausgeschaltet, wenn der Schalter POWER auf OFF
steht.

• Open het batterij-klepje en zet zoals aangegeven een batterij in
type AAA, R03 of UM4.
• Verwijder de batterij als ze leeg is of als het apparaat lang niet
gebruikt zal worden.
RADIO-ONTVANGST
1 Zet de POWER-schakelaar op ON.
2 Sluit de hoofdtelefoon aan op bus p
3 Kies het gewenste frequentiebereik met de bandregelaar:
FM of MW (AM).
4 Met de TUNING-regelaar kiest u het gewenste radiostation.
FM: Het hoofdtelefoonsnoer functioneert als FM-antenne. Snoer
uitgestrekt houden en in de juiste positie brengen.
MW (AM): Het apparaat is voorzien van een ingebouwde AM-
antenne. U kunt deze richten door het gehele apparaat te
verdraaien.
5 Pas het volume aan met de VOLUME-regelaar.
Voor het activeren van Dynamic Bass Boost de POWER-
schakelaar in de stand DBB zetten.
6 Het apparaat is uitgeschakeld als POWER in de stand OFF.
