open the menu.
2 Use the Directional Key (

) to scroll to Settings &
Tools and press the

3 Scroll to Tools and press the

4 Scroll to Calendar and press the

Key (OK).
5 Scroll to the date you want and press the Left Soft
Key (Add).
6 Enter new appointment name and details. To
change the time, recurrence, or alert type, scroll to
the line and press the Left Soft Key (Set).
7 To save the appointment, press the
M
Key (SAVE).
