5 Select the Find now button from the toolbar. Find searches for the text you requested
and displays, by application, the number of items matching the word or phrase you
specified.
6 Review the list of applications containing found items and select the application whose
items you want to view.
7 To view the details for a found item, highlight the item and select the View item button
from the toolbar.
