Faults in the water intake/water drain
Problem Possible fault Solution
One of the following
faults appears on the
display: Before fixing the fault:
– Press the
K button to turn
the dishwasher off.
2 Open water supply The water supply valve
is closed. Open the water supply valve all
the way.
2 Water intake Before fixing the fault:
– Press the
K button to turn
the dishwasher off.
Fault in the water
intake. – Open the water supply all
the way and restart the
program.
– Clean the water intake filter
(see "Cleaning and Care").
– The water pressure at the
water connection is less than
30kPa (0.3 bar/4.35 psi).
Consult a plumber.
2 Drain
Fault in the water drain.
There might be water in
the wash cabinet. – Clean the triple filter (see
"Cleaning and care").
– Clean the drain pump (see
"Cleaning and Care").
– Clean the non-return valve
(see "Cleaning and Care").
– Remove any kinks in the
drain hose.
