Enter a pause
If your phone is connected to a switchboard, you may need
to enter a pause in a stored number. This gives the
switchboard time to get an outside line. A pause is normally
stored after the switchboard access code (e.g. 9).
1. When storing a number, press
# twice to input a
pause and the display will show P. You can then
continue storing the phone number.
4.3 Edit an Entry
1. Press . .
2. Press , to select the entry you want.
3. Press P and , to select Edit .
4. Press P and edit the number.
5. Press P and edit the name.
6. Press P and , to select a melody.
7. Press P to save the entry.
NOTE
Press M to delete a digit/character or press and hold M to
delete all digits/characters.
4.4 Delete an Entry
1. Press . .
2. Press , to select the entry you want.
3. Press P and , to select Delete .
4. Press P to delete the entry.
4.5 Delete all Entries
1. Press . .
2. Press P and , to select Delete All .
3. Press P . Delete Entire Phonebook? will be displayed.
4. Press P to delete all the entries.
4.6 View Phonebook Capacity
1. Press . .
2. Press P and , to select PB Capacity .
3. Press P to view.
4.7 Store a Phonebook Entry as a One
Touch Number
1. Press . .
2. Press P and , to select Speed Dial .
