Poor cleaning results
Problem Possible fault Solution
The dishes are not
clean. The dishes were not loaded
correctly. See "Loading the
dishwasher".
The program was not
powerful enough. Select a more intensive
program, see "Program
Guide".
Not enough detergent was
dispensed. Use more detergent, see
"Adding detergent".
The spray arms are blocked
by items. Turn the spray arm and
rearrange the dishes if
necessary.
The triple filter in the base of
the wash cabinet is not clean
or not correctly inserted. The
spray arm jets might be
clogged. Clean the filter and insert it
correctly.
Clean the spray arm jets.

The drain pump or the
non-return valve is blocked.
Wash water will run back into
the wash cabinet. Clean the drain pump and
the non-return valve, see
maintenance instructions.
Glasses and
cutlery show
streaks. There is a
bluish sheen on
the surface of
glasses and a film
that can be wiped
off. The rinse aid dosage is set
too high. Reduce the dosage, see
"Before using for the first
time".
