Alarm mask conditions, provides response of 0
(unmasked/active) or 1 (masked) for each parameter, in
form abcdefghijkl, where:
a=Tx FIFO
b=G.703 BPV
c=Tx-AIS
d=Rx AGC Alarm
e=Eb/No Alarm
f=Rx-AIS
g=Buffer slip
h=Ext Reference alarm
i=BUC alarm
j=LNB alarm
k=spare
l= spare
