v In X30 series, the CDC slot on some models
accepts a Modem Daughter Card (MDC). On
other models, the slot accepts a Bluetooth
Daughter Card (BDC).
v In X31 series, the CDC slot on some models
accepts an MDC. On other models, the slot
accepts a Bluetooth/Modem Daughter Card
(BMDC).
v In X32 series, the CDC slot on some models
accepts an MDC-2. On other models, the slot
accepts a BMDC-3.
For access, remove following FRUs, in order:
v “1010 Battery pack” on page 76
v “1020 Hard disk drive” on page 77
v “1060 Keyboard” on page 82
