To perform a manual Hard Reset, power off the device.

Important!: Caution, if you perform a manual Hard Reset, the storage and setting is also initialized.

Check that the SIM card was correctly
installed.

“No network coverage,” “Error
unable to connect. No network
coverage.” or “Message sending
failed” displays

The network connection was lost. You

may be in a weak signal area (in a tunnel
or surrounded by buildings).

Move and try again.

You are trying to access an option without

a subscription. Contact the service
provider for further details.
