"TransferJet" Function
What should I do if the "TransferJet" function does not work correctly?
If the "TransferJet" function does not work correctly, observe the following:
❑ Change the "TransferJet" compatible device position to bring the "TransferJet" target point logos on the device and the
computer closer together. If the function still does not work correctly, move the device slightly or lift it slightly from the
computer's palm rest until a balloon message appears on the taskbar.
❑ Make sure the device is ready for data transfer using the "TransferJet" function. Depending on the device, you may need
to configure the settings on the device. For detailed information, see the manual that came with the device.
❑ Make sure the "TransferJet" Manager icon on the taskbar indicates that the "TransferJet" function is enabled.
❑ Make sure the WIRELESS switch on the computer is on.
❑ Keep any metal object other than the device away from the computer during data transfer.
❑ Do not place multiple devices on the computer simultaneously.
Why is the data transfer speed slow?
❑ The data transfer speed varies depending on the following conditions:
❑ Configurations of "TransferJet" compatible devices with which you want to communicate
❑ Distance between the "TransferJet" target point logos on your computer and the "TransferJet" compatible device
❑ Radio conditions
❑ Software applications using the "TransferJet" function
❑ To improve the data transfer speed, change the "TransferJet" compatible device position to bring the "TransferJet" target
point logos on the device and the computer closer together.
