To store a CLIP number:
• Press the S TO R E k e y. The system displays the speed dial bin
in which the number was stored.

• Press the C L I P key and then press S C R O L L k e y.
• Press the S TO R E soft key.
• The system displays the speed dial bin in which the number was
s t o r e d .
INQUIRE CLIP PARK/HOLD INFO
If you are informed that an incoming call is on hold or has been
parked for you, you may view the CLIP information before you
retrieve the call.
From an idle keyset:
• Press the I N Q U I R E k e y.
O R
• Press the C L I P key and then dial the I N Q U I R E soft key.
• Dial the trunk number.
• Answer the call by pressing A N S or use N N D to view more
information about this call.
O R
• Return to the idle condition by pressing I G N O R E.
If you are on a call:
• Press the I N Q U I R E k e y. Your existing call will go on hold.
O R
• Press the C L I P key and then the I N Q U I R E soft key to place the
first call on hold.
• Dial the trunk number.
• You may now answer the call by pressing A N S or use N N D t o
view more information about this call.
O R
• You can return to the idle condition by pressing I G N O R E.
NOTES: 1. If you are on an intercom call or you have Automatic Hold
turned off, you must finish the existing call or place it on
hold before inquiring.
2. If you are inquire about an outgoing call, you will receive
a [call no longer available] display.
