✤ The Wind Cut function works in both Camera and Player (Audio dubbing)
modes.
Use the Wind Cut when recording in windy places such as the beach or near
buildings.
✤ The Wind Cut function minimizes wind noise or other noise while recording.
- When the wind cut is on, some low pitched tones sounds are eliminated
along with the sound of the wind.
1. Set the Power switch to CAMERA or PLAYER.
2. Set the Mode switch to TAPE.
(VP-D453(i)/D454(i)/D455(i) only)
3. Press the MENU button.
■ The menu list will appear.
4. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select
Record, then press the Menu selector.
5. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select Wind
Cut, then press the Menu selector.
6. To activate the Wind Cut function, move the Menu
selector to the left or right to select On, then press the
Menu selector.
7. To exit, press the MENU button.
■ Wind Cut ( ) icon will be displayed.

Make sure Wind Cut is set to off when you want the
microphone to be as sensitive as possible.

✤ La función Wind Cut <Antiviento> está operativa en las modalidades Camera
y Player (Grabación de audio adicional).
Use la función Wind Cut cuando grabe en lugares donde sople el viento,
como en la playa o cerca de edificios.
✤ Esta función minimiza el ruido del viento y otros ruidos durante la grabación.
- Cuando esta función está activada, se eliminan algunos sonidos graves
junto con el del viento.
1. Coloque el interruptor Power en CAMERA o PLAYER.
2. Coloque el interruptor Mode en TAPE.
(Sólo VP-D453(i)/D454(i)/D455(i))
3. Pulse el botón MENU.
■ Aparece la lista del menú.
4. Mueva el Selector de menú a la izquierda o a la derecha
hasta seleccionar Record <Grabar> y pulse el Selector
de menú.
5. Mueva el Selector de menú a la izquierda o a la derecha
hasta seleccionar Wind Cut <Antiviento> y pulse el
Selector de menú.
6. Para activar la función Wind Cut, mueva el Selector de
menú a la izquierda o a la derecha hasta seleccionar On
<Actv.>, y pulse el Selector de menú.
7. Para salir, pulse el botón MENU.
■ Aparecerá el icono de Wind Cut < Antiviento> ( ).
[ Nota ]
Asegúrese de que la función Wind Cut esté desactivada
cuando desee que la sensibilidad del micrófono sea la
mayor posible.
