• W hen you are in areas w ith w eak signals or poor
reception, you m ay lose reception. M ove to another
area and try again.
You select a contact to call, but the call is not dialled.
• Ensure that the correct num ber is stored in the
contact list.
• Re-enter and save the num ber, if necessary.
The battery does not charge properly or som etim es the
phone turns itself off.
• The battery term inals m ay be dirty. W ipe both gold-
coloured contacts w ith a clean, soft cloth and try
charging the battery again.
• If the battery w ill no longer charge com pletely,
dispose of the old battery properly and replace it
w ith a new battery.
