1. Touch the Menu ( ) tab “Super Macro.”
2. Touch a desired submenu item.
3. To exit the menu, touch the Exit ( ) or Return ( ) tab.
• When using the Super Tele Macro function, focusing may be difficult and can take some
time.
• Avoid shadows when recording at a close distance.
• As the distance to the subject becomes closer, the focusing area narrows.
• As soon as the super macro function is enabled, you will find the zoom ratio is set to the
widest level.
• If you use the zoom function when the “Super Macro” is set to “On,” the super macro
function is disabled.
Super Macro
Using the Super Macro function, you can get close up images which were created by focusing on a
small portion of a large object at a wide angle. The effective focal distance in the Super Macro mode
is between 1 to 10 cm. (0.39 to 3.93 inches)
