Place the battery cover on the cordless
handset, making sure it snaps firmly
into place.

Place the cordless handset in the
charger with the dial pad facing
forward.

Let the new batteries charge for at least
12 hours.
Battery disposal
The batteries are Nickel Metal Hydride batteries. The batteries must be
disposed of properly. Contact local agencies for information on recycling and
disposal plans in your area.
Wiping the charger contacts
To ensure that the battery charges properly, wipe the charger contacts once a
month with a cotton swab.
