Once your headset and phone are paired, your headset automatically connects
to your phone anytime you open the boom.
With the headset and phone in close proximity:
Step 1:

With the headset’s boom closed, press and hold the multifunction
button until the headset indicator turns on (the indicator will
remain lit for about 3 seconds).

Step 2:

Immediately open the boom (the indicator remains lit and the
headset is now in pairing mode).

Step 3:

Perform a device discovery (or scan) from the phone. For details
about device discovery consult your phone’s user guide.

Step 4:

Enter the passkey 0000 to pair the headset with the phone (pairing
is successful when the headset indicator flashes 10 times rapidly)

Step 5:

Link your headset to your phone to establish the audio connection.

You can now place and receive calls directly on your headset.

WEARING THE HEADSET

Placing the headset on your ear:

refer to figure 3 on page 2.

Changing for wear on the left ear: refer to figure 4 on page 2.

MAKING A CALL
Making a call using the phone keypad
You can use the phone as usual to dial a number. The tones and audio signals
are automatically transferred to your headset.

Making a call using voice activation
Some phones allow you to use voice-dialing feature. The voice dial function
must be activated and voice tags already recorded (refer to the phone user
guide for instructions on storing voice tags).
Step 1:

Press the multifunction button (a tone prompts you to say the name
of the person you wish to call as entered in the phonebook)

Step 2:

Say the voice tag name, the phone will automatically place the call.

Making a call using the redial function
Some phones allow you to recall automatically the last number dialed. The
voice dialing function must be turned off.
Step 1:

Press the headset's multifunction button once to recall the last
number dialed.

Step 2:

Press the multifunction button again to send the call.
