Using 6/Report Print One Touch key
Using this key allows you to print four reports: Activity
Report, Broadcast Confirmation Report, Configuration
Report, and Phone Directory.
1 Press the Select Function key.
2 Press the 6/Report Print One Touch key. The display
shows 1:ACTIVITY REPORT.
If you want to print an Activity Report, skip to step 4.
3 Press the No
ᮣ key repeatedly until the report you want to
print appears on the display.

Enter 2 for BROADCAST MCF (Broadcast Confirmation
Report)
Enter 3 for PHONE DIRECTORY
Enter 4 for CONFIGURATION
! The PROTOCOL DUMP report contains information
meaningful only to service technicians.
4 Press the Yes
ᮤ key. The report prints.

Communication Codes
Communication codes indicate the communication mode
used for a communication.

A communication initiated by your fax machine

A communication initiated by a remote fax machine.
