Additional information

On operation
• If the player is brought directly from a

cold to a warm location, or is placed in a
very damp room, moisture may condense
on the lenses inside the player. Should this
occur, the player may not operate
properly.
In this case, remove the disc and leave the
player turned on for about 30 minutes
until the moisture evaporates. If the player
doesn’t operate properly after a few hours,
consult your nearest Sony dealer.

• While operating, do not move, shake, or

otherwise allow any shock to the player. It
may cause a malfunction.

• Use this player in a stable, horizontal

position where it is not subject to
vibration.

On adjusting the volume
Do not turn up the volume while listening to
a portion with very low level inputs or no
audio signals. If you do, the speakers may be
damaged when the next peak level portion is
played.
Turn the volume down before you start
playback.

• Keep the battery away from fire.
• Keep the battery dry.
• Do not expose the battery to any
