2 Inserting the memory card

Open the cover.

Insert the memory card all the way until it clicks, with its notched corner
directed downward as shown in the illustration.

Close the cover.
When there is no memory card inserted
The camera records/plays back images using the internal memory (approx. 26 MB).
When the movie size is set to [1920 × 1080 30P] or [1280 × 720 60P], you cannot record
movies, however.
To remove the memory card
Open the cover.
• Never remove the memory card when the access lamp is lit. This may cause damage to data in the memory
card.

Be careful of the direction of
the notched corner.
Make sure that the access lamp
is not lit, then push the memory
card in once.
