Each of these default messages and the blank messages can be customized in
programming as required. For the list of messages set up for your system, see your
system administrator.
To set a message:
1. Lift the handset and dial 48 plus any message code (e.g. 09).
2. Listen for confirmation tone and hang up.
For example, if you select code 09, the message “In a Meeting” is displayed on
calling keysets.
To cancel a message you have set:
