Confirming the Transmission
When the last page of
your document has been
sent successfully, the
machine beeps, the LCD
window displays ÔOKÕ and
returns to Standby Mode.
Canceling Transmission

Press Stop at any time to
cancel transmission.

If something went wrong during
your transmission, an error message
appears in the LCD.
For a listing of LCD error messages and
their meanings, see page 5.6.
If you receive an error message, press
Stop to clear it and try to send the
document again. For more information
about canceling transmission, see
below.
You can set your machine to print a
confirmation report automatically. For
more information, see page 4.9.
The fax transmission is
canceled and the machine
returns to Standby Mode.
