Season to taste, place with the breast facing
downwards in a flat gratin dish, put on the turntable,
after * turn over

Season to taste, place the skin side downwards on
the rack, after * turn over

Place gratin dish on the rack
Toast the bread, spread with butter, place 1 slice of
cooked ham, a slice of pinapple and a slice of
processed cheese on each slice, and grill on the rack.
