KEEP BURROWING RODENTS OUT OF YOUR GARDEN FOREVER!
The Super Sonic Molechaser ® is the most humane and environmentally friendly way of keeping gardens and lawns
free of destructive ground rodents.
Most underground rodents have poor eyesight, yet nature has given them a very acute sense of hearing and
sensitivity to ground vibration. The Super Sonic Molechaser ® exploits this sensitivity to produce a penetrating
Sonic sound of 300Hz over an area of approx. 11,250 sq. ft. (1/4 Acre) at approx. 15 second intervals.
Super Sonic Molechaser ® is completely harmless to worms and other underground bugs.
Ÿ Super Sonic Molechaser ® operates in a circular pattern, approx. 120 ft. in diameter. This must be an
unobstructed 120 ft. Minor obstructions like lamposts are OK.
Ÿ Place Super Sonic Molechaser ® at site of worst rodent infestation.
Ÿ Remove Super Sonic Molechaser ® if ground freezes or when flooding occurs.
Ÿ Replace battery after approximately 4 -6 months (super sonic mode) or 10-12 months (long life mode) or
when sound is no longer audible.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS :
1. To open, unscrew green top cover counter-clockwise.
2. Remove Battery Box and insert 4 X D cell batteries as indicated. If battery installation is correct,
you should hear the first vibrating sound within 15 seconds.
3. Locate switch on circuit board. Select long life mode “LONG” (switch toward batteries - factory preset)
to maximize battery life. S elect super sonic mode “NRML” (switch away from batteries) for extra power
to combat heavy infestation. Battery life will be shortened with use of super sonic mode.
4. After ensuring battery installation is correct, replace Battery Box and tighten Top Cover t o ensure 100%
maximum weather protection.
5. Insert Super Sonic Molechaser ® into the ground at least up to the Corrugated Portion. You may bury it
fully. Your Super Sonic Molechaser ® will work Day and Night.
The Unit will work for 10-12 months on one set of alkaline batteries in long life mode. To replace batteries
simply repeat steps 1-4. Leave the tube in place while replacing batteries.
Please note: damaged lawns, shrubs, etc will take up to 6 weeks to rejuvenate.
Climate permitting, leave your Super Sonic Molechaser ® in ground to repel new generations of pests.

IMPORTANT :
1. Top cover of Super Sonic Molechaser ® must be tightened again
after insertion into the ground so there can be no possibility
of water damage.
2. Make a pilot hole before inserting Super Sonic Molechaser ® into
hard ground. *DO NOT HAMMER OR PUSH EXCESSIVELY
OR YOU MAY DAMAGE UNIT.
3. Range of effectiveness depends largely upon soil type : Dry,
sandy, or peat soil does not conduct the Super Sonic waves easily
and sometimes two Super Sonic Molechaser ®s may be required.
Moist clay is the best conductor of sound.
4. Do not expect instant reaction- Super Sonic Molechaser ® must be
used continuously for up to 7-14 days before ground rodents
start to move away from the area. You may note increased pest acitivity at first. This is normal.
