Operation
Editing the one-touch or speed dial numbers in a group dial
After you have stored a group dial, you can edit a group dial at any time.
1. Press Menu , then press Group Dial on the one-touch keypad. The LCD
display asks you to select ‘SET’ or ‘EDIT’
GROUP NO.
1.SET 2.EDIT
2. Press 2 to select ‘2. EDIT’.
3. Enter a group number you want to edit when the machine displays
‘ENTER GROUP NO.’.
If you do not remember the group number, print the phone book.

Follow one of the instructions below when the machine displays:
4. Press a one-touch button or enter a speed dial location number you want
add or delete.
5. Then display will shows ‘ADD ?’ or ‘DELETE ?’.
• ‘ADD ?’ for the number which is not inculded in a group dial.
• ‘DELETE ?’ for the number which is inculded in a group dial already.
If you want add or delete, press Start/Enter .
6. You can repeat steps 4 and 5 if you have more to add or delete.
7. Press Stop when you have finished, then the display asks you to enter a
name.
8. To assign a name to the group, enter the desired name.
Or
If you don’t want to assign a name, skip this procedure.
9. Press Start/Enter .
If you want to edit another group dial number, repeat steps 3 through 8.
Or
To return to standby mode, press
Stop .
