RS-232 CONTROL
y You can control several products at a time by connecting them to a single PC.
y In the Option menu, Set ID must be between 1 and 255 without being duplicated.
Connecting the cable
Connect the RS-232C cable as shown in the picture.
y The RS-232C protocol is used for communication between the PC and product. You can turn the
product on/off, select an input source or adjust the OSD menu from your PC. This monitor features
two RS-232 ports. One input and one output. This allows you to daisy-chain monitors without having
to use a splitter box.

y Use RS-232C cables as shown in the picture.
y If a cable bigger than the ones shown in the picture is used
in the connector, the connection may not be flawless due to
interference between the cables.
y Pin 1 of RS-232C Out should be connected with Pin 4 of RS-
232C In.
