Using Conferencing
Phone Manager

The unit can be used in conjunction with Conferencing
Phone Manager. This software can be found on the
included CD-ROM, and allows you to operate and
program the unit using a computer.
For software installation instructions, see page 29.

Connecting a Computer

Connect the included USB cable to the USB port of the
unit (A) and of the computer.

Note

We recommend using only the included USB
cable when connecting the unit to a computer
via USB.

Starting Conferencing Phone

Manager

You can start Conferencing Phone Manager using any
of the following methods.

Using the shortcut icon
Double-click the Conferencing Phone Manager
shortcut icon on the desktop (created during
software installation).

From the [Start] menu
Click [Start]

®[All

Programs]

®[Panasonic]®[Conferencing

Phone Manager]

®[Conferencing Phone

Manager].

After Conferencing Phone Manager starts, the front
panel screen is displayed.

Exiting Conferencing Phone

Manager

To exit, click the icon (

) in the upper-right corner of

the front panel screen.

Operating the Unit Using
Conferencing Phone
Manager

From the front panel screen, you can operate the unit
just as if you were using the front panel of the unit itself.
