Antenna or Wall Outlet Cable
Required:
Two-way RF splitter
Two coaxial cables
Right and left analog audio cables
Component or composite video cables
Note:
•
Use composite video only if component
video or HDMI are unavailable. For an
HDMI connection between the TV and
recorder, see page 17 .
•
If your recording device has an analog-only
tuner, you must use a digital converter box
to enable recording of digital broadcasts.

When using this connection confi guration, it is
possible to view live cable programs through the
recording device. For best picture quality always
view live cable programs directly from the TV input
connected to the cable box device.
