Taking a Closer Look: Playback Zoom
Press the zoom control to v (k) to zoom in on still
images displayed in full-frame playback (c 26).
Playback zoom is not available when the current pic-
ture is a movie or a copy created using the small pic-
ture function.
While image is zoomed in, the zoom ratio is dis-
played on the monitor.
The following operations can be performed while pictures are zoomed in:

Zoom increases each time the zoom control is
pressed to k (v), to a maximum of 10×.

Zoom decreases each time the zoom control is
pressed to j (t). To cancel zoom, press d.

areas of picture
Use the multi selector to scroll to areas of pic-
ture not visible in monitor. To use the multi
selector GHIJ to view other pictures,
cancel playback zoom.

Confirmation dialog will be displayed. Choose
[Yes] and press d to select.
