Media loaded incorrectly or
media sensor positioned

Reload the media and ensure that the sensor in
use is properly positioned (see

Dirty platen roller.

Clean the platen roller according to the

Auto Calibrate failed.

Improperly loaded media or
ribbon.

Ensure that media and ribbon are loaded
correctly.

The sensors could not detect the
media or ribbon.

Sensors dirty or improperly
positioned.
