About the BODiBEAT songs

The BF-1 contains many short phrases of specific song parts—for
example, rhythm parts, melody parts, bass parts, and so on. Some of
these are randomly and automatically chosen and mixed, giving you
literally hundreds of thousands of songs suitable for your exercise
sessions.

Tempo Guide

This lets you turn on the sound of the Tempo Guide. (Tempo Guide is a
metronome sound that clicks for each beat, to help you “feel” the tempo of
the song.) When you turn the Tempo Guide function on, the sound will
come on only when your pace deviates from the basic tempo of the song.
A sub menu in this setting lets you select the type of sound used for the
Tempo Guide.

n

Tempo Guide is only available in the Fitness or Training modes.
