You can adjust following sound settings: BASS, TREBLE, L/R BALANCE, EQ MODE, and the DIRECT mode.

These settings have no effect on the recorded sound during
recording.

Press SOUND repeatedly to select the setting
you want to adjust.
Each time you press SOUND, the display changes as
follows:

The currently selected EQ mode is displayed in the DVD
receiver display.

Rotate MULTI JOG to adjust each setting.
BASS:

Adjusts the BASS level.
(–10 to +10 dB)

TREBLE:

Adjusts the TREBLE level.
(–10 to +10 dB)

L/R BALANCE: Adjusts the speaker balance.

(L+6 dB to R+6 dB)

EQ MODE:

Selects the equalizer mode.
(ROCK, POP, JAZZ, CLASSIC,
FLAT)

DIRECT:

Turns on/off the DIRECT mode.
When this is set to ON, a sound
comes directly without Digital
Signal Processor (DSP) processing.

Press MULTI JOG.

• You can select the EQ MODE by pressing EQ on the remote

control repeatedly.

• You can turn on/off the DIRECT mode by pressing DIRECT on

the remote control.
