Caster/Camber Gauge

This gauge can only be used on large diameter tubular

spindles - both “Wide 5” and “5-on-5”.

An indexing adaptor is required to go inside the spindle (sold

separately - see adaptor instructions for installation).

1) Find a level place to set up your front end. This unit reads camber very accu-
rately. Unlevel ground will affect the accuracy.

IMPORTANT: BE SURE WHEELS ARE POINTED STRAIGHT AHEAD

WHEN SETTING CASTER AND CAMBER.

2) Attach the gauge to the spindle - the black gauge adaptor screws onto the
spindle snout. A narrow bar on the inside face of the gauge adaptor indexes with a
groove in the face of the spindle adaptor. Hand tighten the gauge adaptor.

3) To measure caster and camber slide the

AccuLevel™

into the groove of the

gauge body as shown below for each. Read the caster and camber directly (no
need to turn the wheels to read caster).

4) Adjust the caster and camber as needed. Each time you make a change bounce
on the front end to settle the suspension. NOTE: Adjusting the caster may have
an effect on the camber and vice versa. Double check all settings & tighten bolts.

See the separate instructions for the AccuLevel™

on the reverse of this if needed. It can be removed and used for

other measurments. Simply slide the AccuLevel™ out of the

groove.
