TECH Systems TT-8500 Series makes easy
work of Ultra-Precision Centerless Profile
Grinding projects.
Integrated into the TT-8500 series 3 Axis profile
grinder is TRU TECH’s patented Precision
Grinding Unit. Available in a 3” (TT-8000) and
5” (TT-8500 & TT-9500) models, the unit holds
concentricity within 30 millionths.
Easy to use, Pick-N-Place software allows easy
profile programming in minutes and grinds most
profiles with a standard 1A1 wheel. This makes
these systems ideal for a few parts, or hundreds
of parts.
Available options include automatic wheel
dressing, oil filtration to 1-micron, and precision
oil chiller.
