Installation Instructions

1.

Raise front of vehicle and support under lower control arms.

2.

Remove the tire/wheel assembly to gain access to the upper
control arm mounting area.

3.

Remove the nut, lock washer and square plate from both cam
bolts. Do not remove the O.E. cam bolts from the vehicle.

4.

Place one of the new thrust washers over the threaded end of
each cam bolt and slide next to the mounting bracket.

5.

Match the flat of the “D” shaped hole in the new cam washer with
the flat on the O.E. cam bolt and, with the square hole in the cam
washer up, slide the cam washer against the thrust washer.

6.

Replace the lock washer and nut on the cam bolt and hand
tighten.

7.

Using a 3/8” drive ratchet, adjust the cam washer back and forth
within the mounting bracket frame to adjust camber. Adjust both
cam bolts equally to affect camber only (not caster).

8.

Torque the cam nuts to 80-100 ft-lbs (108-136 N-m).

9.

Adjust toe and caster to factory specifications.

10. Re-install the tire/wheel assembly and road test vehicle.
