Installation Instructions
To minimize possible noises characteristic of polyurethane
bushings, always lube with anti-seize before installation.
1)
Remove lower control arm from vehicle.
2)
Press out bushing & shell from inner end of control arm. DO
NOT distort arm.
3)
Press in new bushing from same direction as old bushing
until step in bushing stops against control arm.
4)
Reinstall control arm and align D-hole in eccentric with hole
in frame mount.
5)
Install flat washer on D-bolt and insert bolt thru eccentric and
both frame plates.
6)
Install flatwasher, lockwasher and nut, but DO NOT tighten.
7)
If adjusting camber, repeat steps 1-6 for second control arm
on same side of vehicle.
8)
Adjust camber/toe by rotating D-bolts in frame mounting
brackets.
9)
Torque nuts to 55-65 ft-lbs.
DO NOT allow bolt heads to rotate!
