Printing Errors

Verification

Perform the verification procedure following installation or for
troubleshooting purposes to determine if a problem is related to
hardware or assay conditions.

1. Click Warmup on the toolbar. Wait 30 minutes for the warmup

to complete.

2. On the Analyzer menu, click Prime. Prime the system twice.

3. On the Analyzer menu, click Backflush. Perform this command

twice.

4. From the Analyzer menu, click Alcohol flush. Use 70%

isopropanol or 70% ethanol to flush the system.

5. Calibrate the system.

6. Vortex the xMAP calibration (CAL1) and xMAP reporter

(CAL2) calibration bead vials. Put two drops of the CAL1 in the
new 96-well microtiter plate using wells A1, B1, and C1. Put
two drops of CAL2 beads in wells D1, E1, and F1. Ensure that

for Invalid Characters in Name

You used invalid characters when
creating a file name.

Make sure your file name doesn’t
contain any of the following
characters:
/ : \ * “ ? ” < | >

The results table does not
print correctly

The printer type is not
compatible.

Use compatible printer, or print
the results in Excel from the
Output.csv file.

A printer driver error occurred.

Update the printer driver. Please
see your IT department for help
with your specific printer
drivers.

Cannot view calibration log

You did not select a printer.

Select a printer from the
Windows Settings menu.
If no printer is available, print
the session results to a text file.
