Charge
Plug in the USB Charge Cord (B) –– one end to the socket on the
Headphonies
™ (A) and the other to a powered USB socket. When
power is flowing the LED on the front of the Headphonies ™ will
glow red to indicate charging is in progress. Usually within 1 to 2
hours of charging using a standard powered USB socket the LED
will change to green, indicating a full charge. When the Charge
Cord is disconnected the LED will go off.
Note: For optimal battery
capacity recharge only
after the unit has used
up all power from the
previous charge.
Play
This Headphonies ™ model
features Audio-Triggered
On/Off circuitry so there is no
switch to turn on, nor must you
worry about switching it off when you pause
or turn off your sound device. It’s automatic.
Note: Be sure your sound device is Off or on Pause before
connecting to your Headphonies
™ .
To connect plug in the Audio Input Cord (C) –– one end to the
socket on your Headphonies
™ and the other end to the audio
output socket (for headphones) on your source device (MP3, CD,
DVD, game player, computer, cell phone, etc.*).
The power indicator LED will remain unlit until you hit Play on
your sound device. Once a signal is sensed, the speaker instantly
powers up and the LED glows red while playing audio. When
When no signal is detected the speaker will power off after 30
seconds and the LED will go off.
Note: We suggest you always Pause or turn Off your sound
device before disconnecting the audio input cord.
Attach
The supplied Clip-on Tether (D) can be used to attach your
Headphonies
™ to many things... keychain, backpack, handbag, or
directly to your audio device.
Safety
• Keep away from small children as some parts may become
choking hazards.
• Do not use close to ear as it may cause damage to hearing.
• Use only the attachments or accessories recommended or sold
by the manufacturer.
• Never spill liquids of any kind on the product.
• Do not attempt to service this product yourself as opening or
removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltage or other
hazards.
• This product should be situated away from heat sources such as
radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other products that produce
heat.

for Stereo Playback:
You can connect two Headphonies ™ to a single stereo audio
source using the Stereo Splitter (item 70144, sold separately) and
play left and right channels separately to the two speakers. And
you can get twice the volume that way, too. In fact, you can use
multiple Stereo Splitters with 3 or more Headphonies
™ if you like.
for 2.5mm-sized Outputs:
A few cell phones and other audio sources utilize 2.5mm
headphone jacks that are smaller than the standard 3.5 mm size
used by Headphonies
™ . If you have such a device you may get
the 3.5mm-to-2.5mm Adapter (item 70145, sold separately) to
make the connection.
for Wall Socket Charging:
Don’t have a computer or other powered USB socket for
charging? Use the AC-to-USB Adapter (item 70146, sold
separately) to charge through household power outlets.
Note: Your Headphonies ™ Micro Speaker (A) comes with a
small amount of charge for testing purposes. It needs to be
fully charged before extended use.
