Assembly Instructions
Bolt together front support plate P/N
430-020 using 1/2" x 5/8" bolts and 1/2"
lock nut. Note: do not over tighten.
Attach support plate using 5/16" x 3
1/4" bolt to jack assembly P/N 430-
014. Note: do not over tighten.
Screw in hand screw P/N 430-018 into
jack assembly.
Attach vertical supports
P/N 430-026, using plastic knobs
P/N 430-025.
Bunge hook storage
Insert upper support arm
P/N 430-024.
Attach support arm P/N 430-016 to
support plate assembly using
5/16" x 2" bolts. Tighten with 9/16"
box wrench.

Insert wheels to lower support tubes
P/N 430-010. Tighten with 3/4" hand
wrench.
Insert support tubes to lower frame
support P/N 430-012. Tighten with
9/16" hand wrench.
Install frame post P/N 430-013 on
lower frame support. Tighten with
9/16" hand wrench.
