INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Refer to steps 1-22. Use this mounting kit to mount
stir fan on a wall or on a post.
NOTE: Base support bracket has six holes for
optional U-bolt mounting or mounting with bolts or
screws.
2. Install bolts or lag screws to securely fasten bracket
to post or wall. (Figure 1a-b) Bolts & lag screws not
included in kit.
3. Refer to Fig. 2. Remove fan guard from side of fan
shroud that is opposite prop. Remove four bolts and
nuts to release fan guard.
NOTE: The fan shroud has two pilot holes located

apart on the perimeter of fan shroud. This is to
permit fan to be ‘right-side’ mounted or ‘left-side’
mounted. Drill one hole only for your particular
mounting requirement.
4. Center hole saw on pilot hole. Drill 2-1/4
″
(57 mm)
diameter hole through plastic shroud. (Fig. 2)

components available, and is backed by a one year warranty
against electrical and mechanical defects in material and
workmanship. If this fan fails to operate during this period, return
it prepaid to the place of purchase for repair or replacement
without charge at the manufacturer’s option. Damage by
accident or abuse is not covered by this warranty. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that
vary from state to state.
