Connecting Hired-Hand Controllers to PowerTrak Curtain Machines
(PowerTrak’s produced after 4/7/97, serial no’s 28810 and above)
The PowerTrak has changed from a 8 wire control to a 3 wire control unit. PowerTrak’s
produced after 4/7/97 have a 9 position terminal block secured to the bottom plate. A
picture of the label for this terminal block is below. The PowerTrak is not supplied
with a cordset.
System 500, System 1000, System 2000 families of controllers
System 500, System 1000, System 2000 families of controllers connect to the PowerTrak
with the use of a PVR-H relay box wired as shown below.
Farm Hand Family of Controllers
Check your Farm Hand controller manual. This line of controller wires to the PowerTrak
by three wires. Common, Open, and Close. The terminals on the PowerTrak match the
labels on the Farm Hand Controller.
