The ZAGGsparq 2.0 features two USB charging ports: Optimized and General.
ZAGG recommends always trying the Optimized port first. If your device does not
charge through the Optimized port, use the General port.

Optimized port: The top USB port is designed for most smartphones and other
devices which are capable of taking an optimized charge, including the Apple®
iPad®, iPhone®, and iPod® family of products. Some devices will not charge
through the Optimized port.

General port: The bottom USB port uses standard USB specifications and will
charge devices which do not utilize the Optimized USB charging specification.

The ZAGGsparq can charge two devices simultaneously. However, when charging
a device that draws a significant amount of power, such as the Apple iPad, you
may not be able to use both USB ports at the same time. If two high-power drawing
devices are connected, it may deactivate the ZAGGsparq. If this occurs, simply
disconnect one of the devices. You may also have to plug the ZAGGsparq into
an outlet to reset it.
