Bluetooth ® Installation &
Configuration Instructions
ORION ®
Start with your ORION ® Laptop turned off and the GPS antenna
fully charged.
Install the Bluetooth Receiver software
1. Open the door to the floppy drive. On the bottom of the
laptop, move the switch to release the floppy drive. Pull out
the floppy drive from the bay. Insert the CD-ROM drive.
2. Turn on the laptop and let Windows startup. DO NOT PLUG
IN THE BLUETOOTH RECEIVER UNTIL TOLD TO DO SO.
3. Insert the Bluetooth CD into the CD-ROM drive. The Install
program will start automatically.
a. You’ll see this screen.
b. If the sound is turned on for your laptop, you’ll hear
“Welcome”. Choose the Install option, then click on
“Click Here”. You’ll hear “Thank You”.
4. You’ll see the Welcome screen
_ Click Next.
5. You’ll see the License agreement screen
– Click “I Accept” and then click Next.
6. Next you’ll see the Destination folder
– Click Next.
