The Tape margin function allows you to adjust the size of the margins on the left and right
sides of your text.
The default tape margin setting is FULL; however, three other settings are also available.

When a setting other than FULL is selected, extra tape is fed out before printing starts.
The extra tape is cut off of TZ labels if the TZ Cut function is set to ON. This makes the
left and right margins equal.
The tape margin setting is only applied to labels printed on TZ tape. The tape margins of
AV labels cannot be adjusted.

To change the tape margin setting:

While holding down

c, press E once, and keep c held down to display the cur-

rent tape margin setting.

While still holding down

c, continue pressing E until the desired tape margin setting

is displayed.

Release

c to apply the selected tape margin setting to the entire text.

EXAMPLE

FULL
(1" (24 mm) margins)

NONE
(1/6" (4 mm) margins)

NARROW
(5/16" (8 mm) margins)

HALF
(1/2" (12 mm) margins)

To select the HALF tape margin setting:
