79 Menu function settings
Aspect
Selecting the aspect ratio for an image
MENU > Aspect
This function allows you to adjust the aspect
ratio to suit the aspect of the image.
Select the Aspect with the OK button, press
the /
buttons to select an option, and then
press the OK button to confirm your selection.
Press the MENU button or the BACK button.
• The default is Auto.
• Aspect can only be adjusted when PC/
Component, HDMI, or Video is being
input.
Auto Projects using the aspect ratio
of the input image. Select this
mode for general projections.
Full Screen Projects at the full size of the
projection area regardless of
the input signal's aspect ratio.
4:3 Projects at an aspect ratio of
4:3. Select this when 4:3
images are not projected
correctly when using Auto.
16:9 Projects at an aspect ratio of
16:9. Select this when 16:9
images are not projected
correctly when using Auto.
16:10 Projects at an aspect ratio of
16:10. Select this when the
projecting a computer screen
with an aspect ratio of 16:10.
True Size When the resolution for the
input signal is less than 1280
x 800, a smaller image is
projected in proportion to the
resolution. Select when you
want to project using almost
the same resolution as the
computer screen.
