Canceling Copy Jobs

You can cancel a job using the touch panel display or System
Monitor screen, or by pressing (Stop).

Using the Touch Panel Display

You can cancel a copy job by pressing [Cancel], while the job is
being copy.

1.

Press [Cancel] on the pop-up screen that

appears while the machine is scanning, printing,
or waiting to print.

If you cancel a copy job during scanning, make sure to remove the
original for that job.

Using the System Monitor Screen

You can cancel a copy job while it is waiting to be processed or
during printing.

1.

Press [System Monitor].

2.

Press

[Copy].

3.

Press

[Status].

4.

Select the copy job that you want to cancel, then

press [Cancel].

If the job that you want to cancel is not displayed, press [

▼] or

[

▲] to scroll to the desired job.

You cannot select multiple jobs and cancel them all at once. You
may only select and cancel one job at a time.

5.

Press

[Yes].

The message <Canceling...> appears for approximately two seconds
on the touch panel display.

The canceled job is displayed as <NG> (No Good) on the Log screen.

6.

Press

[Done].
