When connecting with a component cable

To achieve better picture quality, connect a DVD player to
the component input ports as shown below.

) of the DVD to the

Connect the audio outputs of the DVD to the

CO OM MP PO ON NE EN NT T IIN N A AU UD DIIO O jacks on the TV.
Turn on the DVD player, insert a DVD.
Select C Co om mp po on neen ntt input source using the IIN NP PU UT T button
on the remote control.
Refer to the DVD player's manual for operating instructions.

Connecting with a Euro Scart cable
Connect the Euro scart socket of the DVD to the A A V V 1 1
Euro scart socket on the TV.
Turn on the DVD player, insert a DVD.
Select A A V V 1 1 input source using the II N N P P U U T T button on the
remote control.
Refer to the DVD player's manual for operating instructions.
