Manage group-dial entries

Create and edit group-dial entries

1.

Assign a speed-dial entry to each fax number that you want in the group.

2.

On the control panel, press the

Fax Menu

button.

3.

Use the arrow buttons to select the Phone Book Setup menu, and then press the

OK

button.

4.

Use the arrow buttons to select the Group Setup menu, and then press the

OK

button.

5.

Use the arrow buttons to select the Add/Edit group item, and then press the

OK

button.

6.

Use the alphanumeric buttons to enter the number that you want to associate with this group, and
then press the

OK

button. Selecting 1 through 8 also associates the group with the corresponding

one-touch key.

7.

Use the alphanumeric buttons to enter a name for the group, and then press the

OK

button.

8.

Press a one-touch key, and then press the

OK

button again to confirm the addition. Repeat this

step for each group member you want to add.

9.

When you are finished, press the

OK

button.

10.

If you have more group-dial entries to assign, press the

OK

button, and then repeat steps 1 through

10.

Delete group-dial entries

1.

On the control panel, press the

Fax Menu

button.

2.

Use the arrow buttons to select the Phone Book Setup menu, and then press the

OK

button.

3.

Use the arrow buttons to select the Group Setup menu, and then press the

OK

button.

4.

Use the arrow buttons to select the Delete Group item, and then press the

OK

button.

5.

Using the alphanumeric buttons, enter the number of the group-dial that you want to delete, and
then press the

OK

button.

6.

Press the

OK

button to confirm the deletion.

Delete an individual from a group-dial entry

1.

On the control panel, press the

Fax Menu

button.

2.

Use the arrow buttons to select the Phone Book Setup menu, and then press the

OK

button.

3.

Use the arrow buttons to select the Group Setup menu, and then press the

OK

button.

4.

Use the arrow buttons to select Del. # in group, and then press the

OK

button.

5.

Use the arrow buttons to select the individual that you want to delete from the group.

6.

Press the

OK

button to confirm the deletion.

7.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 to delete other individuals from the group.
