CDELPAIR parameters and examples

The following table describes the CDELPAIR PPRC command parameters used to delete pairs.

You must use these parameters to successfully run
the command.

Primary volume: SSID, serial number, channel
connection address, and CU number.

PRIM

To delete all pairs in a CG, set this parameter
to MAnn0.

Note: nn is the CTG ID.

Secondary volume: SSID, serial number,
channel connection address, and CU number.

The following table describes the PPRCOPY DELPAIR PPRCOPY command parameters used to
delete pairs.

Only one of the three parameters should be
specified. The italic term is the arbitrary name.

DDNAME = dname = JCL statement identifying
the volume.

DDNAME,
SYSNAME, or
UNITADDRESS

For example, dname is the arbitrary unique

SYSNAME = sysxxx = SYSNAME in the ASSGN
system control statement.

name of the JCL statement which identifies the
volume.

UNITADDRESS = ccuu = device number.

You must use these parameters to successfully
run the command.
