The DRIVESTATUS function of the utility program allows the reporting of the status of

configuration, up or down.

Syntax:

file> <ELMM ISV location>

Example:

Run $SYSTEM.ELMM.INTFACE/NAME/ DRIVESTATUS
$SYSTEM.OUTPUT.STATUS $SYSTEM.ELMM

DRIVESTATUS is the function.

$SYSTEM.OUTPUT.STATUS is the output file for the listing.

$SYSTEM.ELMM is the location of the ELMM software on the
NonStop server. It can be any valid $volume.subvolume.

REFRESH Function

The REFRESH function allows a refresh of the library once the labels have been
identified as tapes. Without this command ELMM would have to be recycled.
