2. Insert the second roll on the rear spindle.
3. Center both rolls, using the marks on both sides of the center of the spindle. The input and output rolls
should be positioned identically on their respective parts of the spindle.
4. Inflate the valves at both ends by connecting the air gun to the pneumatic connectors.
5. Repeat the procedure for the ouput Dual Roll Spindle using empty cores.
NOTE: The position of the edge of the rolls on the input and output dual roll spindles should be
identical.
IMPORTANT: Before you feed the substrate from the input to the output dual roll spindle you must
position the Dual Roll Center Supports. The absence of this accessory could increase the risk of a
printhead crash, which decreases printhead life aswell as spoiling the current print.

TIP: The spindle and two rolls of substrate are heavy. You are recommended to use a forklift to move it into
position.
